    Major complaint about Paypal anything I can do?

    Have been with them about 3 years and mainly bought and sold a few items less than £30.

    Decided to sell 2 old things that came to like £50 each then paypal limits me saying I have unauthorised funds but when I go to resolution centre it has no ways to lift limitation.

    I phone PP and get nowhere and also email, 5 days later I get an email saying they wish to stop doing business with me as they are not confident with me or something and my £100 will be kept for 180 days.

    Con artists what can I do about them?!

    Yeah I know about PP sucks lol

    The cheeky thing is they are holding the funds and also about £100 I paid to others from my debit card a few days before so somehow I owe PP £100(can anyone work that out!)

    So I never got the £100 worth of items as they stole the funds back from the sellers paid to so the sellers never sent items.

    So PP has £200 of mine yet im £100 in debt with them. eh?

    its possible that the money sent to you was from a dodgy source will will force your account on hold. happened to me a couple of years back. had to phone PP and make them send the money back.

    Were they asking you to show proof that the items were like yours,they often want stuff faxed to themlike receipts,proof of your idenetity like utility bill matching the address with your name on etc.

    Probably can't do anything and just wait the 6mths out.

    They give you a certain amount of transactions, then ask you to register. is this the case?

    Nope to all, im verified and confirmed and gone through the extended process, they arent asking for any proof of ownership or delivery just they wish to stop doing business with me.

    As for the money both payments were made from buyers with great feedback of over 300 each and no negs and are still buying with no problems, I also got £30 from my parents and £10 from my friend which were on hold and I know either of them arent untrustworthy apparantly EVERY transaction in the last month I have recieved is "unauthorised usage" luckily most have already reached my bank so they never held them.

    how weird. just keep calling them and ask? email an obscene amount. dont let it stand. especially if your a valued user

    What does that even mean? Ahh you gottta love paypal.

    Couldnt you take them to court, or do they have stupid contracts inplace to stop that from happening?

    Paypal strikes another again. The thing is, Paypal is NOT a bank, so it does not condone to laws that any bank is under. Their T and Cs state that anything is not their fault and they reserve the right to do anything (well almost?) to your account, lol.

    You could try take them to court, in which is fairly tedious. Or you can try CS again, but they are not helpful at all.

    Well for me HUKD has replaced ebay, i just need something to replace paypal.
