Basically.. for my uni project I have to do some market research on... soap!
I wondered if anyone knows a website that I can design my questionaire on there to then ask people online... say my friends on facebook etc?
Thanks for your time!

Thank you! I'll check it out.

Post back here if you find one & we can all fill your survey in !

If this is aimed at uni students just make sure the first question isn't "Do you use soap?":-D

(I have 2 teenagers, so I'm allowed to say that:p)

I'd fill one in for you when you have it

When you have done it let me know, as Id like to know how much they will charge you for the results,

buy (loan) a copy of McGivern, Yovonne 2004, it was my bible for my final year at yr for mkt social research

Just a reminder that your course coordinator/tutor will probably be looking for evidence that you have understood how to produce a survey. Using a online model is not recommended as an important criteria in the marking process is showing evidence of being able to discuss and critique the survey (presume s/he has asked for this as part of the project). This will be much more difficult if you haven't constructed it yourself. What's more, even a badly constructed survey of your own will often produce better results than one you've plagiarised - more or less because of the reasons above. Bottom line: thinking it through and producing your own should pay off in the long term, even if it takes longer. Apols if this isn't what you want to hear. I am one of those people mentioned above!

Oh, I don't studey Market research or anything like that, this is merely an add on to our course. (I study design)
The tutor mentioned this type of survey before aswell so it's i suppose a way of using what she has mentioned.
I can also blag my way to say that it's a way to get a more broad set of results as it wont be from one certain area of the country or one age range!
I can always check with her when I get back but i should imagine it will be fine... Just saves me walking up and down the High st asking people. hehe.
Thanks for pointint this out though.

Filled in your Soap survey today & wishing you all the best - good luck

I've completed your survey for you.

Hope it heps you!

If you use your facebook friends etc, you are not getting an opportunistic sample, but not a truly random one which will be representative of the population as a whole. This will significantly skew your results and may even invalidate any of your findings. I suggest you give more thought to who you will ask to fill in your questionnaire for you
