Marks and Spencer 5 year warrenty - ONLY 2 years without the box

Found 27th Aug 2009
I overheard an M&S salesperson selling a TV to a customer and I was surprised to hear that...

"...if a fault develops you must return the item with the original box and the receipt, otherwise only a 2 year warranty exists. "

New one to me!

Oh you're so sad. *shakes head*

:w00t: I had mine delivered & installed & the bloke took the box away with him .... If mine goes wrong I will demand my 5 yr warranty as this is why I purchased off them in the first place!!!
