marks & spencers - unable to order on website

I've been trying since yesterday to order online but on final confirmation page I get an error message, I've rang the order line twice and my order won't go through, getting very frustrated! Is anyone else having problems? Is it just me?

Have you tried using a different browser?

I sometimes have issues when I go through quidco

It's a technical issue. Lot's of people can't use the website.

Basically what you can do is to clear your cookies and restart your browser. Try a different browser. I believe Chrome is working well with the new site.

You can always give them a call on 0845 609 0200 and they'll place the order for you.

It's because there is a technical issue with the website. It's down at the moment and the tech guys are fixing it. They say 24 hours. Also they say to clear cookies and or use Google Chrome Browser.

Ring the customer service line 0845 609 0200 it's not busy now and I've just made a call. shame its 0845 though

They have updated their website. You have to reset your password but the send you a link in an email before you can do this. I've been waiting two days for the email, so I'm in the same boat, I can't order either!!

I did the reset password a few days ago, then discovered they had removed staff discount from my account which took 2 phonecalls to fix.

ive spoken to them twice both times going through the order process, payment details etc then they get an error on there system and order doesn't go through.

Widely published?? Where?? I emailed them and they told me I had to ring them, when I rang first time the systems were down,hence a second phone call.

Well something you're saying isn't adding up them as nominated second … Well something you're saying isn't adding up them as nominated second users couldn't have staff discount on the old site. So how was it removed if you never had it...Either way it's your main card holders fault for not telling you.

what?? So your calling me a liar?!? My husband is main card holder I am second, it was linked to my account. I do not go into staff areas so didn't see any posters, my husband has had 10days holiday and informs me no notices were up when he was last in which is beside the point as when I emailed marks & spencers THEY TOLD ME TO RING THEM, they could have emailed the link if it was such a big issue!! And I still can't place my order!!

My husband is temporary contract therefore no training, I came to ask if anyone else was having problems not to be criticised and called a liar, typical hukd style, seriously get a life!! Or maybe you work for m&s website & technical team and your taking this all a bit personally!

Have tried now since February to register for my new discount on line, finally gave up and went to Next!
