Before christmas there was a voucher code that enabled you to buy a DS for £50. I did this and recieved an email recipt confirming this. The other day I check online what was happening with my order and discovered that they had changed the price back to £100 without informing me. I have complained about there actions but all they will say is I was not entitled to the discount and have not explained why they did not inform me of the price change. I have also been told that other people have expirienced simular problems when using discount codes with Marshall Ward.

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM CHECK YOUR ORDER NOW!

AND IF YOU INTENED TO USE THEM BE VERY CAREFULL AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL!

yep there are a few threads about this...wouldnt touch a catalogue code for this reason..

Littlewoods and marshal ward are the worst company to buy stuff from.

After my previous experiences, now even if they offer items for free - I would still not bother.

I got the code for £30 off so give them a call

Pretty standard behaviour for this lot I'm afraid!

Yes it's disgraceful when they don't honour something that wasn't intended for you to use.

bitter wallet said something about them contacting them and they said they wouldnt be reclaiming them back
