Im trying to lose a bit of weight before my hols in 1 month. I run and do a bit light weights (dont want to be BUFF!). I was looking at the Maximuscle promax diet and/or the thermobol tablets as an aid to tone and lose weight. Would any recommend these (do they work)? I f so which one is best tablets/shake? Or is there a cheaper alternative?
