Upon recent news on the ATi 4850 out at around £130. It looks like a good idea to upgrade for me. Don't get me wrong, my 8800GT is still a huge beast (thanks to a recent buy :D) but with £60 spending money left, it might make sense to go for it adding with this... or not depending on how much my 8800GT gets. Anyone have any idea? is £70 a good price to sell - ain't been keeping up with the recent prices and shops don't seem to sell them anymore.

About right. £50-80 on eBay.

probably 70 including postage.

It's listed at £60 ]here new, although unavailible (I guess it's been discontinued).

I think about £45-50 second hand is a reasonable price.

Repped the 3 of you.

EDIT: checked that teh 4850 is just a tiny bit more powerful than 8800GT. Its no longer worth the upgrade as i'll be ending losing out :(.

Trust me a 4850 is MUCH more powerful than your 8800gt 256mb!
