Memory foam for DFS sofa seats?

Hi, we bought a DFS corner sofa four years ago, we didn't get memory foam seat upgrade and now we're wanting to replace our current ones with four memory foam seat pads or inserts. Has anyone else upgraded their DFS sofa to memory foam, if so how? Would it be worth phoning DFS and asking them or is it worth getting them at a reasonable price from elsewhere?
