Merlin passes - and Alton towers water park........?

A couple of months ago, I bought 4 merlin annual passes when it appeared as an offer with 20% off. Seemed a good deal if it was going to be used. Alas, it hasn't been so far, but at least it has been used a few times.

I've booked up a couple of rooms at a hotel for 2 nights to make use of Alton Towers at the end of the month. (So we get 2 full days in the park), but now unclear on things with its use.

    This is what it says:

Bigger than Universal and second only to Disney, Merlin Entertainments brings together LEGOLAND®, Madame Tussauds, The London Eye, SEA LIFE, Gardaland, The Dungeons as well as national brands such as Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK, Warwick Castle, Heide Park and Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo. All brands which are distinctive, challenging and innovative and which have great potential for growth in the future.

    Then under Alton Towers:
The UKs leading and most extraordinary theme park, with something for everyone, whether on a short break with family or a day out with friends. Alton Towers is located in 500 acres of Staffordshire countryside and as well as having rides and attractions for all ages; has two fully themed hotels, a huge indoor and outdoor waterpark, a luxurious Spa, plus a unique Conference Centre just a stones throw away from all the action. Thrill seekers enjoy adrenalin fun on some of Europes top rides such as Air, Nemesis, Oblivion and Rita Queen of Speed; and there are special events throughout the season for all the family to enjoy from Easter to Halloween. New for 2007 - Extraordinary Golf, Theres Something in the Dung Heap adventure playground, and The Haunted Hollow a spooky stroll through the haunted forest!

Now it goes without saying, that Hotels wouldn't be part of the deal (so no need to spell that out), but I'd expect the water parks to be, unless it states otherwise.

Flicking over the pages, it now sounds like its just a 20% discount for them... (Which no doubt you could do better anyway!)

So - does anyone know what the score is with full Merlin Annual passes.... if the water park is included... and if it isnt, what the prices are for Adults and kids?

    Ta muchly.

Cheers guys. I managed to get through to them on the phone in the end. Seems a bit of a swizz to include the details without a caveate to denote its not included!
