I bought this double wind spinner (two spirals are attached, one behind the other) which was reduced from £19.99 to £4.99 at the Range. I have set it up and placed it in various locations in the garden, in pretty windy conditions and it will not spin - at a push it will try to turn very slightly (I have tried tightening and loosening the red screw bit/cover on the front and still nothing happens).
I googled an online video showing you how to 'balance' a wind spinner so that it actually spins. I've tried to do what was suggested and it is still not spinning. Has anybody got any further suggestions as to how I can fix this issue (I'd like to try out a few things before returning it) - perhaps another method of balancing one? I thought that it would be just a case of putting it together and placing it in the garden and that it would spin on a windy day (says on the box that it will spin in a breeze). I bought this one from the Range, so don't know if anybody has had a similar issue if they have bought the same one perhaps? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
