Micro-Direct - poor customer service -avoid

I sent a faulty monitor back over 10 days ago -i had to pay their courier upfront too and i still have not got my refund ! I have sent several emails and had no reply - i rang and they have recieved it and it is faulty -but the refund wont be in my bank until next Monday 10th Sept!!! Thats over 2 weeks and i can't buy a new monitor until i get the refund !!
Well p----ed off at this company -will never use them again !:x

I have returned faulty items to them before and although they have been slow they do resolve the problems without any hassle.

I bought £1000 worth of PC equipment form them last year. Had a few problems with a particular part recently. I sent it back to them after 6 months of having it. They recieed it on a Monday, it was checked and a replacement sent to me by the Wednesday. Cant fault that really.

Seems the OP has been unfortunate which happens to all of us at some point with companies.

Similar experience with this outfit, I avoid now.:x :x :-(

They have been good with me no problems when I've used them.

it's pretty much standard time to get the funds cleared back in your bank + sale of goods act means they must refund the postage cost
