Anyone had any experience with getting a refund for a physical item return?. Im having issues with getting my refund. Bought an Xbox series S direct from Microsoft when stock was unavailable in UK. Managed to get one in the UK after all.
Was told by Microsoft customer services to refuse deliver. They received item on the 23/12/20 and still chasing refund. Was told on the 28/12/20 by their customer services they was creating a refund there and then. Was told to wait up to 7 days.
Today was the day for refund to appear so phoned Microsoft and was told by a manger that no payment has been raised and they didn't have the capability in their section to create one.
They have now escalated this situation.
Bit ridiculous to say the least.
