mighty deals

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me I ordered an iPhone for my daughters Christmas and received the wrong tracking I then received another tracking number which said it had been delivered but it wasn't me that received it I was told that when Royal Mail could confirm it went to the wrong addresses I would be sent another one out straight away when I called on Friday there to say Royal Mail could confirm this I was then told a letter would be sent for me to sign and sent back then the phone would be sent out when they received the letter but I've had no letter and I am really struggling to get in contact with mighty deals even though I have the office number

is what i have found otherwise you need to log in and claim a refund

They are very hit and miss, seen a fair few complaints on here about them unfortunately.

Here's one recent review on Trustpilot :

    Be aware!!!!

I ordered an Apple Watch from them on 23rd November with 7 day delivery.
Item still not arrived (12 December). It takes them ages to reply to your requests and when they did they told me the item had shipped and provided a fake tracking number!
DO NOT use this company. I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

Thank you tasape and beb8z.its an iPhone 6 I've ordered it cost me £320 and I assumed at the price of the postage it would have required a signature but it was just a tracked

If you paid by Credit card call them and tell them the situation and get you ££ back
