What are the rules governing misprices, if the item is in stock, theyve taken the money and i've recieved the invoice etc. The item is still at its price for over a day. I used a credit card to pay as well if that helps. Ive looked into credit agreements, and it seems that I am actually unable to withdraw from one without invoking DSR rules. So surely the etailor cannot cancel the agreement either?

Thanks.

Looks like a phone call or a trip to your local Trading Standards for exact advice on this one.

consumerdirect.gov.uk/ for some initial help.

Depends on the terms and conditions of the vendor; they tend to cover themselves very well in these situations and you will have had to agree to their T&Cs before finalizing the sale.

As well as Contract Law, the judge (if it gets that far!) will take into account whether or not the mistake in mispricing was honest AND whether or not you knew that it was a misprice when you concluded the deal - if you can prove with reasonable doubt that you honestly thought that the price was correct then you probably have a case against them.
