Miss Potter (Starring Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor) - Full length feature currently showing on BBC iplayer (watch it before 8pm tonight!)

Following on from the Chicken Run thread, I thought that this one would also be of note.

Available at: bbc.co.uk/ipl…jj/
Duration: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Available until: 9:29pm Sunday 10th August

"Whimsical drama based on the life of early 20th century children's author Beatrix Potter, creator of Peter Rabbit.

As a young woman Potter rails against her wealthy parents' wishes for her to marry and settle down. Instead, she continues to write about and draw the animals she's adored since childhood. Her early attempts to find a publisher for her children's stories are unsuccessful, but an offer from a small firm to print her books will turn her into a literary phenomenon - and lead to a meeting that will change her life."

I'll make sure any others get posted up if I spot them. Kevin and Perry Go Large was on there the other week so I'd guess that this could become a regular thing.

BBC iPlayer shows are available via your Virgin Media set-top-box too, although as this one isn't available for download (only streaming online) I'm not sure whether it'd be included... maybe someone can confirm that one?

awesome film, them were the days no stresses of modern living only bum thing about it is be no HUKD, well least online anyway lol

I love this film - but reception is better if you download it, then you've got a month to watch it!

They've released this new version of iPlayer (you could only previously download it) on 3rd July.

I guess that's the reason why we're seeing films on it now then. I presume that it's easier to licence this way.
