I have had a parcel go missing from yodel Do I go through retailer or yodel?

    You need to contact the retailer as they contracted Yodel to do the failed delivery. Yodel or Domingo can't help you.
    Yodel are one big failure nowadays!

    It is the retailer's job to get the order to you.

    I concur. Have had the same thing happen to me twice recently. You can't do anything if contract is between retailer and delivery company.
    Do contact the retailer asap do they can submit a claim for missing parcel and ask for a replacement/refund.
    Hope it gets sorted soon.
