    Mobile advice please :-)

Hi Im looking for some advice on my next phone I have narrowed it down to 1 of 3 phones

Lg Cookie on a 18mth contract after cash back will cost me £7.92 pm with 100min & 100Txt which should cover my needs
Lg Viewty on a 18mth contract after cash back will cost me £9.58 pm with 100min & 100Txt which should cover my needs
Lg Renior a 18mth contract after cash back will cost me £20.00 pm with 400min & 500Txt which will cover my needs and then some

My main thing is wanting a cheap gadget / Toy to play with  the Renior wins hands down and with the wifi and 8mp camera is good but i dont make that many calls or text so the Cookie looks like the best value however the viewty has got more bang for my buck

So if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated as Im currently paying £15 on a sim only contract with an old dated mobile

    Thanks

I have a Renoir, the software is a bit clunky, the touch screen is a bit hit and miss. But the WIFI is useful, the camera is very good and it has a good movie player on it - You can just drag DIVX files onto the included 8gb memory card - they are automatically scaled perfectly to fit the screen.

Renoir! Yeah, it's more expensive and everything like that, but it's not /that/ much more expensive if you factor in the possibility of going over your allowances and the resale value of what is basically LG's flagship touchscreen phone. But besides that sort of boring stuff, it has a 120fps camera, so wins by default.

So with the Lg renior since it has gps service is this an extra charge for use or will it work as a stand along GPS so to speak?

During the life of the contract your paying an additional £180 for the Renoir, its nothing special and its still an LG... If you want a decent all the bells and whistles phone look into the HTC Touch Diamond otherwise I would just go for the LG Viewty, if you dont like it you could sell it for about £100 put the £180 that you would save on the contract and buy yourself another handset you like

hey where are these contracts, could you provide a link? the viewty one sounds good!
