mobile phone cashback

hello everyone just started a contract with cashback few weeks ago with E2save

now im wondering ive just recieved a bill from orange and im wondering is it these that E2save want sending back to them to claim the cashback cause it says they want the 4th 8th bill etc etc

hope its not a obvious question hehe!!!:)

oh 1 more thing the contract is £30 monthly but the bill says £32 something and i havent even used it!

is that right? anyone else had siimilar exp

You may have chosen itemised billing which is usually about £2 a month.

Few suggestions as to that...

1) You may have an add on. Especially if it says something like "orange world".
2) You may have gone for itemised billing, but that's only £1.50 per month rather than £2-odd.

Any extras you may be paying for can be cancelled quite easily. Just make a free call to 150, press option 1 for mobile queries and follow instructions to talk to customer services (possibly option 2).

If you received your phone in SEPTEMBER 2006 (is this correct?) then you should send the following airtime bills to e2save: December 2006, April 2007, August 2007 within one month of the bill date stated on the bill.
