Mobile phone deal from a Mobile Phones Direct Data issue

Evening

The wife has just took out a 2 year contract with 02 from a Mobile Phones Direct web deal.
02 network, unlimited mins and texts and 45gb data.

On checking her 02 account online it’s only says 15gb data.

She’s been on online chat with 02 who were absolutely useless and told her to ring customer services tomorrow when it’s open.

Anyone know what’s going off, surly 02 should know that the data allowance is 45gb as advertised by MPD and state this on the pack details on her online account.

Any advice out there.

Plus the 02 app still isn’t working.
Says takes 48 hours to activate but it’s been 5 days since the handset arrived.

What a farce, can see it getting boxed back up and cancelled

Check your Bolt Ons. They normally do these deals that way so you should see 15gb then a data bolt on for the other 30.

As above that's how mine showed at first, it eventually updates to show the full allowance.

Checked the bolt ones and no data listed at all.

Only bolt on listed is a standard rate in euro zone whatever that is.
Had something similar when buying a 20Gb package. It showed as 10Gb but extra 10Gb bolted in
She’ll have to ring 02 tomorrow to figure it out as their saying it’s 15gb not 45gb
Have you tried contacting mobile phones direct, they will have set this up with O2 for you.
O2 will only have the account info that MPD sent them. So if they've not told O2 that it's a 45 Gb package (which normally is 15Gb with an add on) that's all O2 will have.

O2 won't change it without being told to by MPD, so they are the one's you need to chase so they can update the O2 account. . .

Yeh 02 said ring MPD after being on hold for half hour they finally answered, faffed about then put on hold again for a lifetime to get to another department who faffed about and said we’ll let them know for you.

You’d think they’d get it right first time it’s not that difficult.
