Mobile phone recycling companies

Anyone got any recommendations or tips on companies to avoid?

I'm looking to sell my Nokia 5530 and Money4urMobile are offering good money as are SellOldPhone. Problem is, they both have terrible reviews.

I've used Fonebank before so might just stick with them and take less money.

Seems like the dodgy companies offer you less due to your phone having some imaginary problem with it and then charge you a 'release fee' to send back your phone.
