Mobilephonesdirect line closure

Cancelled a contract a week ago (before dispatch as I had been waiting a week for delivery despite next day web offer) but they messed up and attempted delivery and charged for contract, been trying to contact but Had a web-chat with this response: ‘as I said before we are not open to calls the entire weekend as this is a decision made by our management team because of Black Friday to allow us to process most orders on credit and security checks’ other than great grammar confirms lines are closed at least until Monday..... yet they transferred my old number to O2 despite cancelling three times, and have taken two payments, but refuse to help. Would advise staying clear at all costs!!
