Modern Angle Photo: An Amazon 3rd Party Seller. On the level of a bit sus?

I found a lens they are selling much cheaper than elsewhere for it's condition. Doesn't seem to be much on the web about them. Feedback goes into back end of last year with 130 entries. Spells macro as "makro" sometimes.

Anything looking good or bad about them or generally what to look for?
