Monsoon Delivery

If I spend over £100 at Monsoon I get free delivery and I can take all returns back instore and get a refund. Was thinking of spending over the £100 to get the delivery then returning the excess. anyone done this and are they ok with doing it?

Doesnt say much about it on the website. So will probably be ok

There are 2 simple ways to return an item:

To Store
1. Return the goods to your nearest branch with your Despatch Note for an immediate Refund or Exchange.

By Post
1. Complete the bottom section of the Despatch Note, received with the goods.
2. The completed section of the Despatch Note must be included with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Please return unsuitable goods via post to the following address:
Monsoon.co.uk
PB Logistics
Sunningdale Centre
Sunningdale Road
Leicester
LE3 1UR
Postage is payable by the customer for Republic of Ireland postal returns.

it depends on how on the ball they are.

i once returned to Dorothy Perkins some stuff and they still credited me with free postage and a discount for spending over 100 quid and full quidco payment.

in the end i got a 60 pound coat for thirty, delivered.
