    Mortgage Calculator?

I'm looking to try and calculate how much will be left on my mortgage after the 2 year fixed term is over. It should be a simple formula, but i'm all stupid at the moment and can't think how to calculate the total amount remaining. Anyone know of an online calculator or the formula I require?

Must be something like mortgage amount x APR - payment amount per month?
