    M&S Sparks card

    I have been trying to activate my new Sparks offers since Thursday but there are no options in my account. I have 14000 sparks so should have 4 offers- my friends has had hers. I have tried online and the APP, asked instore today and when the girl scanned my card it showed an error message ( l don't know what as she wouldn't show me!) Has anyone else had similar? I have tried the live chat online but it keeps freezing and losing conversation. Thank you!

    this happens to some sparks users, no idea why, they are looking into it, the error message doesn't really say anything, I've seen it several times, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    ​not sure if it will fix itself, I would probably wait to see if it starts working when the offers changes.
