MSI B450 motherboards - with wi-fi or buy separate adaptor?

Was looking at the above (£100-£110) Tomahawk board but then realised it doesn't have any WI-FI built in, so I would have to buy a separate wi-fi / Bluetooth card for £30 or so.

Is it worth just paying the £135ish for the Carbon board with wi-fi rather than a board + a separate wi-fi adaptor?
