I bought some Xbox Gift Cards from MTC game and although the website says they have instant delivery, over 24 hours later I am still waiting, the site says payment pending confirmation even though my bank confirmed the payment went through just fine.
Their Trustpilot scores seemed great but upon further inspection, you can clearly see that the majority of their reviews are fake. The live chat support is broken and is done via WhatsApp and the agents are so curt and only provide generic template replies and text informally.
I see many people here buying from there without issues so I don't know how I am getting such a bad experience. Any time you ask for an update, the agent just says to wait.

can you do a chargeback, if you did a bank transfer?
Many websites do this by paying for fake reviews just like how people pay for followers on social media. It's sad because before with Trustpilot it helped us feel more comfortable making online purchases but now I will be more careful.
You'll be shocked if I show you the WhatsApp messages. It is broken English and even then the messages are generic and the same each time. I asked for an update last time and got just "no" back.
I don't think I can do a charge back. I did call the bank and they said to contact Action Fraud. I don't know man, I'm still hoping they send me my gift cards!
That's why I am so surprised. I had decent experiences with them before so I didn't expect things to go as badly as they are.
they have polarised reviews there but are some genuine positive ones it seems
so my 20 second search suggests they are genuine - else wouldn't be on allkeyshop - but yeah maybe a hassle to get what it. but keep trying!
