my phone has been barred!

Hi i took out a contract for a new phone through e2save and its on t mobile network, now when i try to call or txt etc on my phone it says phone is barred and i get a message on the phone saying i have reached my credit limit and i have to pay £40 to let me use it again!

my bill isnt due for 2 weeks and this is by direct debit, i think its strange they just barr you from using the phone.

would i call up e2save or t mobile to discuss this?

Call tmobile - it should still be allowed from your phone - they may have set an initial limit for some reason as you are a new customer ? Have you gone way over your inclusive allowance ?

It says on the e2save website to phone your provider for barred phones.

Sounds like you've gone WAY over on something. Do you have a smartphone with no data plan on the acc for example ?
