myhermes collection

Does anyone have experience rearranging a collection with them? I requested for collection for Monday but they never showed up (spent the whole day waiting for them), and as usual they attempted collection the next day which I missed.

They left a calling card, but there were no details of the delivery person on the card. Will they come again today, or must I set a date with them?

They are useless, tried with them twice over the last month and they failed to show, ditched them no and refuse to use them, use HDNL instead and they have been great, collected when said and delivered well within timescale

I WAS going to use them but then googled them and found many people describing the same situation you are describing now so decided against it.

So is it possible to cancel and get a refund if paid through paypal? Should have just sticked with collectmyparcel (DHL48) as they were efficient last time i used them.

What if I miss the scheduled collection?
If you are not present when the courier calls then the courier will leave a card. On the reverse of the card will be the couriers contact details which you should use to re-arrange the collection. If you have any problems please contact us .

personally ive never had any trouble.

The local person who does the myhermes in my area always comes around 11/12.

i think it really does depend on who the agent you have in your area.

just did a quote on there and its cheaper to use interparcel and was next day delivery not 48 hour

myhermes are useless. never appeared for my collection. Never responded to emails. took 3 days to respond when i put a dispute through paypal. claim they have no reference of my order on the system. Never again.

Yeah i think they were cheaper but the cheapest courier (citylink) doesnt delivery to aberdeen apparently.

When did you file for the claim? just recently?

I've never had a problem with myhermes, never missed a collection, and always delivered quite sharply :D, all depends on the agent in your area

few days ago. i'll give them a couple more before i escalate it.
