Hello.
I need to send a parcel using myHermes, but i can't figure out how to get the QR code or 6 digit number needed to print in store.
I bought the labels online and on the app and no QR code received.
I tried to pay at the Parcelshop for labels, but their card reader is offline. Guy from the shop told me it's like this for a week.
There is a Royal Mail, but I can't find any option to print in store.

    Just in case anyone else comes here with the same issue Hermes have an old site that all searches point to, which does not give the QR code option. The site to use is new.myhermes.co.uk/

    Yeah it usually happens when you book it threw another site or Hermes old website. It’s happened to me many times and been on live chat all they can do is suggest you cancel and retry.

    Where is the QR code option? I've got 3 parcels in my basket but there's been no QR or print in store option anywhere during the order process. This happens on both the new layout and old layout of the website. Where is it supposed to be in their website? Absolutely infuriating how badly laid out their website is. Incompetence just runs right through Hermes. (edited)

    Did you select the drop off option or print at home? You may have selected the wrong option which I've done before :/

    Use the new website. The QR code will be generated after payment and emailed to you.

    Thanks for posting this, I’m having this very issue right now over a year since your post. Sold a few things on Vinted, had a evri selectd as a postage option as their site says you can send from any store and select print in store. However the labels the 3 buyers have paid for only have barcodes on and the machine in the two shops I have been so far only have qr code scanners and do not scan these labels. I have absolutely no idea what I can do, have so far just messaged the 3 buyers asking if they had a qr code sent to them when they purchased the postage, but seems funny that it would not be sent to the seller when it’s the seller who needs the code, but as above it seems the whole service is much less efficient than advertised and is causing my hassle not convenient

    Hi, Did you solve your issue? I just sold an item on Vinted and have the exact same problem. Someone suggested I print with a regular printer and tape it on. Please let me know if you had any success
