    myHermes pacrcel tracking?

    Anyone use myHermes and tracked their parcel before?

    For the last 2 days (could be longer only tried them yesterday to track a parcel I sent) it is saying "We are sorry, but our tracking is temporarily unavailable. Please try again soon".

    Is this a common problem with the company or is there really a fault and it could be just a temporary issue?

    Maybe there is a problem with your parcel. Mine are all tracking just fine.

    Lol, I dropped it off at a One Stop shop and got a barcode to track the parcel.

    what is the tracking ID? I use and know Hermes very well so happy to help.

    Ok I got it.

    Shop give me wrong info, said I could track it using the barcode on the slip they gave me. But just been into my email and got a different code and it is now tracking.
