N00b help on Overclocking my IC2 Duo E6400/PB5 Deluxe (PC)

I OC'd this a few year back and have totally forgotten what to do, i don't like to tinker on in the Bios tbh as im a total pussy (and a bit of a div). So was wondering if anyone on here can guide me through the bios process of OC'ing my cpu?

Asus PB5 Deluxe Motherboard
4gig Corsair XMS2 DDR2 5400
Antec Nine Hundred gaming case with fans set at high, no other cooling.

it is 5400 then.. maybe try with some pc 6400 ...DDR 800 and look for another guide to overclocking on that board or join a forum and read the stuff they put out.. You will need to update bios as well more than likely as some bios are better for overclocking than others but have a read of some stickies on overclocking forum boards
