wow

hmmm, terminals were so badly slow at lunchtime in Suffolk that I didn't bother, wonder if it's an ongoing fault? Jackpot's going to be pretty ***** if no one can buy tickets!!

"I demand a refund!.... I was under the impression the Jackpot would be X amount.... I didn't win anyway, but what if I did! eh?! What a f**king liberty"

^^ The majority of the British public after this draw if that's the case.

Haha, Imagine you won it on the day when it didn't work? I would be so p**sed.

better use their website - same here in NW London

players can purchase tickets online for Dream Number, Daily Play, Lotto HotPicks and Euro Millions. However, tickets for Lotto and Thunderball were unavailable

cant even get the site up now - will give a shout as soon as its up -

Shops where I live have been down all day, been trying on the internet all afternoon but no luck.

Down in Manchester!!

Looks bad wonder what they will say if a regular buyers numbers come up ?,bet if you could proove you buy the same numbers each week and you cant cus its down I bet you could take them to court for lack of service, dont they get fined if they are unable to allow purchase of tickets for 12 hours ?

They should role over this to the next draw, Grabalot more than Camalot, rob dogs.

Glitch hits Lottery ticket sales
Error message on National Lottery website
The lottery website carried a message about the glitch

National Lottery operator Camelot has apologised after a technical problem left customers across the country unable to buy tickets.

It said the "network communications issue" had affected those buying in-store or via its website on Saturday.

All ticket machines were working as normal after 1800 GMT and the draws would go ahead as usual, Camelot added.

A spokeswoman for the Department for Culture, Media and Sport said the glitch was "disappointing".

If my usual numbers came up, I'd want compensation to the value of the jackpot
