    National Rail Help

    I need to contact someone about not being able to find my confirmation email for tickets and then not being able to log in to the website. Does anyone know who I contact as on the website im not sure whether the email address given is the appropriate one.

    You will need to contact whoever the rail company is i reckon.

    My experience of buying tickets on the national rail website is that it shows you the times and prices but then pops up the website of the train company your selected journey is using so its really nothing to do with national rail.

    On the actual operators website they should all have a customer service number

    I shouldn't worry they will be able to find your booking with your postcode and address anyway.
