Has anybody purchased a Caffe Nero coffee voucher via Nectar recently.
In Feb despite what expiry date Nectar phone app said, email voucher receipt end date was before start date and didn't work at Caffe Nero till. In the end got points refunded. (On social media I wasn't the only customer with this problem)
In March the same issue with Feb 2021 expiry, after a month the points were refunded with no explanation. (I didn't attempt to use)
Annoying as it gave added value to Nectar points and now Nectar is less attractive and miss my coffee moments.
