If you're selling stuffed toys, you'll have to jump through the safety … If you're selling stuffed toys, you'll have to jump through the safety and labelling hoops.

not in shops just to people local ect, should'nt have any problems?
I use to pay £19 pounds for 10kg, 160cm teddy bear requires more than half so approx 6.5kg and 200cm requires around 9.5kg, all depends on how much you stuff.
I found the last time I made stuffed toys it was cheaper to go to asda and buy the cheapest microfibre pillows and use them.
