Had a quick look around, M&S seems the most competitive but still off the mark, can anyone recommend any one else i can sell to?

I have
$225
and
37000 THB

Thanks,

I'd say save it for a little longer if you can afford it. More likely to get a much better rate in a few weeks time.

You should get some pretty good rates on the Thai Baht, as you have over £500 worth. Check out the Post Office deals on over this amount as their rates get better for this large amount.

As for your dollars, the rates are pretty similar anywhere you go for such a small amount

I suspect because the pound has been strengthening these past few weeks and I is likely to keep doing so?
