Maybe a leaning desk or folding desk.

If anyone has a good deal please share

This is a Good deal that was posted on here but no stock in london
My wife bought an old bureau on gumtree for £30 and repainted it. It's quite compact and folds away nicely.
Have you had a look at the IKEA website yet to see if there is anything suitable?

These are adjustable in height and can be used over the bed etc if needed. I’ve got a small desk and just mounted a second monitor on the wall for my uni work haha
For space-saving, I don't think you're going to get much better than this "NORBERG
Wall-mounted drop-leaf table" from Ikea, £35 excl delivery.

Lol why is it only 20£ ??! Doesn’t make sense unless it’s very poor quality

Ok this is a great deal if this think actually looks like the pics or even holds it’s on weight. I have a feeling it’s going to be so bad that I will put it in the bin unless you have one ?! Totally fine getting something functional, can’t expect anything special at 20£ but it’s so cheap makes me think something is not right

I'm sleeping on a bed I bought there at least fifteen years ago and it's still perfectly solid. They do have showrooms so it's worth checking for one nearby.

Look out for a wall mounted desk you can flip down.

If the walls are plasterboard with wooden studs, you’d manage with a screwdriver. You can even rent a drill for the weekend if required. Especially if the wall is brick.

Thick ass walls, rock solid. So thick

Which makes the wall even more suitable, as its strong.

I work from home permanently.
If you are going to use it often or long term, you need a solid desk.
