Stock seems to have dried up, I think its been like this a while now. Best bet is to pre-order and wait the 1-2 week for stock to appear from somewhere like Scan. You could even wait until the new Nvidia Fermi cards arrive, although I believe only the high end gear is coming out first, then the sub £200 cards will come out later.

thx for the info i found this one site for the 4890 which have 100 in stock but gonna do some research fist about there website never heard of atomictech.
thx agian PhearFactor btw i had bad experience with scan

Yeah, wait for the new nVidia cards to come out. £185 is ridiculous for a 4890 considering they've been replaced, if your spending that sort of money I'd be hunting for deals on a 5850 instead.

Have you seen the 5830 prices in the UK? Considering performance is closer to a 5770 (£130) than a 5850 (£230) you'd expect them to be around £160-170 but at the £210+ prices currently being asked for them they're a very poor choice.
