Ordered something last year online for collect from store, didn't get a chance to collect items and so it was left. The retailer claims items are kept in store for max 7 days. My order was kept for over 3 weeks at the store when it should have been cancelled and returned to warehouse as per their own policy.

I find out recently I never received a refund so I contact the retailer who claim much time has passed and on their records order shows as collected.

They are unable to provide CCTV or a signature on collection.

Retailer refuses to issue refund for order which was never collected by me because too much time has passed and on their system is shows as collected.

Where can I go to fight this.
