Need some ideas for christmas festivities @ work

right so i have been tasked with sorting out a series of 'fun' things at work, so far I have come up with a pjyama day, dress as a present/christmas decoration day and I need some more ideas, the emphasis needs to be on fun but should not interfer too much with the days work so I think fancy dress is going to be the way to go.

Also I need to come up with something charitable to do, so suggestions please.
