Need suggestions on choosing PC

so it's time to upgrade my 6 years old desktop.
    few rules:
1.My old graphic card is not too bad (Geforce GTX 660).So I'm thinking buy a new PC with i5 CPU ,8G ram ,SSD and rubbish graphic card. Then replace graphic card with my old one. more than 600 pound.
3.better with win 8 on it
    what I found :
    1:from ebay 532 pound
Case : Corsair Spec01 Gaming Case Blue Fan LED Edition
Power Supply : Aerocool VP Pro 850 Watt Branded PSU
    Motherboard : Gigabyte H81M-S2H
    CPU : Intel I5 4690 4th Gen Quad Core 3.5Ghz (turbo 3.9Ghz) CPU
Hard Drive : 120Gb Solid State Hard Drive
    Memory : 8gb DDR3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance Memory
Graphics Card : Radeon R7 240 2GB (Dual screen support via DVI /HDMI / VGA)
Optical Drive : 24x Dual Layer DVD Writer
    Connections : 6 x USB 2.0 / 2 x USB 3.0 / LAN / Sound
    Software : Windows 8 Home 64 bit
    2:from pc specialist 561 pound
    almost same settings ,
    cheapest case
    motherboard ASUS® H81M-PLUS
    PSU corsair 550w
    1. I heard if I want use 2 graphic cards ,more power will help. But I'm not planning for it now and is 850W a bit too much ?
    And is 550W enough?
    2.Which one looks better above?
    3.Any other better offer?

    Many thanks

    Suggestions are:

Don't buy the cheapest case even a branded £40 one without PSU is a lot better than a £30 one (with or without PSU)
A 550W PSU will run 1 Graphics card system no bother but MAY struggle with 2 (all depends on what cards they are)
Finally try there is also a wattage calculator (to be used as a guide only)

What can you salvage from the old PC?

Have a look around your local area for computer fairs can be a handy cheaper way to get a pc built at trade price.
