Netbook Advice: Lenovo Ideapad U160

Looking to replace my current netbook, a Packard Bell DOT M/A. I like the 11.6" size as it is easy to carry round. However looking at a Lenovo Ideapad U160, has 3GB RAM and 320GB hard drive with a U5400 processor. Will this be good enough for general use which mainly involves web broowsing, watching movies, photo editing with Corel PSP X3 and a little bit of web page editing with Dreamweaver.
Saveonlaptops have this for £370. They also have a Thinkpad with i3 processor but less RAM, it is £100 more but will I require the extra processing speed for my needs. The battery life on the Ideapad is 6-7 hours compared to only 2-3 hours for the Thinkpad.
Does anybody have any similar alternatives for the same price band?

    Thanks in advance.
