Netflix app not working on virgin TiVo box?

Anyone else got this problem, tried changing email, password etc, been onto Netflix but no one has an answer.
My account is confirmed as registered with Netflix but every time I try to log in it says account not recognised?
Works fine on every other device except virgin TiVo app.

have you checked you virgin services on the website, it may show there are issues with netflix
I'm having the same problem, has yours been sorted now? If so how?
