I'm looking to buy a new exercise bike as my old one has finally given up the ghost (chain connector is broken so there is no resistance). Ideally I'm looking for one with some sort of guarentee that is 5 years - Costco would normally be a good bet but they dont have bikes.

I've had a look in a few shops and they seem to range from about £150 to £500 (there are obviously some even more expensive than £500 but they are specialist niche ones).

Does anyone have any tips on what to look for in a bike or know of any good shops to get one? Ideally if someone knew of a place that had a 5 year guarentee it would be great (most seem to offer a 5 year frame, 2 year parts - which is more like a flat 2 year as the frame of bikes rarely fails compared to other parts (pedals, chains etc)...

Any tips would be great.

I have one a Orbitrek Exercise bike for sale if intrested.
