    New Macbook Pro USA & Snow Leopard

    Hi all i'm off to new york next month and plan to buy a new macbook pro 13", for around £750, question is if i buy in the us and it dosn't come with snow leopard can i claim back in the uk for the free upgrade when available?.

    edit. snow leopard isn't a free update. it costs about $29 and $49 for the family pack?

    it's a free update in the us all you pay is p&p.
