NextBase 522GW internal error when setting up Emergency SOS

I get through all the required steps such as name, car make and medical questions etc, and after I click next to complete the question part of the setup, it says internal error has occured. I've tried twice now, and both times I've got this error. has anyone else had any luck setting theirs up?
