NHS - Possible Negligence
I'm so upset. My cousin died yesterday. He had a fall last last weekend and was told at one hospital he only had a broken collar bone and sent home with painkillers, he started to feel worse and worse and went back to another hospital and they told him to go away with painkillers and that he had an upset tummy probably due to his chinese takeaway. He had infact a broken rib which had caused damage and blood poisoning. It caused his organs to fail and he died. When will these NHS workers stop assuming everyone is time wasters and do their job properly? I've had 3 members of my family die due to negligency on the part of the NHS and they pull together to block any investigation. I personally wouldn't want money, all I want is them to change and apologise. A lot of people can get away with not doing their job properly in other professions but the NHS are dealing with people's lives and they don't care! Sorry, my rant is over but we all just seem to put up with the shoddy way it is run.
