Hi, has anyone successfully returned and item and remember received a full refund. I purchased a drone mid November for a Christmas present but the display on the controls does not work. After several emails to them and attempting the fixes they suggest it is still broken.
I paid £100 and they have offered me the following:
1, We refund you us$60, you find a shop to repair it.
2, You pay more us$50, we resend you a new drone.
3, You return the drone, when we receive the drone, we can resend you a new one and pay 50% shipping fee to return.
Can they do this, I just want the money back that I paid as similar models are niw on sale els??! Thanks
