Hello,
I purchased Nike 720 last February for my daughter and I noticed the bubble is popped about 2 weeks ago. I read online that Nike have warranty if faulty. So, I checked the date on the shoes and it has until 11/2020.
I phoned Nike customer service and the guy told me I have to provide proof of purchase or bank statement if I paid by card. I can't find the receipt nor anything on my statement. I must've paid cash I can't really remember.
I didn't know this would be the case otherwise I would've kept the receipt.
I was wondering if anyone in here experience the same thing or if any one can offer advice really. the shoe is perfect if it wasn't for the bubble and it's a shame to throw it away.

Thanks in advance .
